Sunset Towers Condos in Cape Coral

Sunset Towers is one of the earliest high-rise communities built in Cape Coral. Built in 1968, the twin 8 story buildings have had some upgrades, both inside and out, over the years. Soon the familiar orange will be no more.

The two buildings are located on Cape Coral Parkway, with the South building (4807) closest to Bimini Basin and the North building (4803) closest to the road. They are on a direct Gulf access canal with tie-up dockage available. A pool is in between the two buildings. Community rooms are underneath the buildings so although 8 stories high, there are only 7 floors with units. Covered parking and a waterfront dock are additional amenities. Community laundry facilities are on each floor.

Spacious two bedroom/ two bath units with multiple sliders and an L shaped balcony affords wonderful views of the Bimini Basin and beyond, depending on the floor. Sailboats moor in the basin throughout the year and the Holiday Boat-A-Long commences there each December.

This complex is located across the canal from Four Freedoms Park, where the city holds many annual events. You are walking distance to restaurants and shopping; biking distance to Yacht Club Beach & Park; and a short drive to the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel. The Sunset Towers Condos in Cape Coral are also right in the heart of the Bimini Basin Project .
