The Weekend Edition is delivered to most homes in Cape Coral 
on Fridays and is FREE! This newspaper contains up to date information on current events, a recap on the previous week, and things to do in Cape Coral. The sections include ‘Business & Community’, ‘At Home & Real Estate’, and ‘What’s Cool in School’. The front page section has sports highlights. A shopper’s guide, coupons, and store circulars are also inserted. There are weekly columns regarding gardening, fishing, and real estate law.
Highlights of this week’s edition:
- New construction permits for single family homes are on a steep incline
- “Reveille Revue” is playing this weekend at Cultural Park and is a salute to Veterans
- Habitat for Humanity new homeowner was given keys recently
- Historical Museum is seeking volunteers as it expands its programs and hours
