Cape Coral Single Family Sales & Inventory Market Report July 2019

Cape Coral Single Family Home Sales remained relatively flat for the month of July 2019 with 502 total homes sold as reported in the SWFL MLS. That was a slight decrease from June 2019 single family home sales of 509 and a decrease from our peak for 2019 of 580 closings in May of 2019. Listing inventory continues to drop to 2650 single family homes for sale in Cape Coral during the month of July, down from 2780 homes for sale in June 2019.
