- Will these improvements make us more money or allow us to sell faster?

- Do you have a marketing plan for each property?
- What unique feature of our home will you showcase?
- Who will take photos, videos and write listing description?
- What technology do you use?
- Do you advertise on Facebook, Google, Yahoo, etc?

A couple of other items to look for - does the potential listing agent have a formal, professional listing presentation? How are they dressed?
