My buyers were in town on vacation and decided they wanted to view some listings. Once we viewed a couple of homes together I was clear on what they were looking for...a nice home with a great view in Southwest Cape Coral. I continued to send them listings and show them homes. Just days before they left town we found the home for them. They went under contract and actually had to stay with friends for a couple of nights so that they would be in town for the home inspection.
