Holiday Festival of Lights in Cape Coral
The 22nd annual Holiday Festival of Lights in Cape Coral is scheduled for Saturday, December 06, 2014 from 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm. This is the official start to the holiday season for Southwest Florida. On average, 20,000 people attend the festival each year, which is located along Cape Coral Parkway between SE 15th Avenue and Candia Street. Events will include the tree lighting at 6:15 performed by Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, a 25 ton Snow Drift Slide, live performances on multiple stages, a Tiny Tot’s Train Ride, and youth activities. More than 70 vendors will be in attendance so that patrons can do some holiday shopping. Beer, soda, and festival foods will be available.
The Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral is hosting the event.
