Things to do in Cape Coral/Ft Myers-Sand Sculpting
You still have time to see the amazing sand sculptures at the 28th Annual American Sand Sculpting Championship at Ft Myers Beach. The display continues through Sunday, November 30, 2014 at 5:00 pm. It is located behind the Wyndham Garden Hotel (6890 Estero Blvd). You can buy a wristband for $5 (4 and under are free). Free parking and shuttle service is available at Lover’s Key (8700 Estero Blvd) but $5 and $10 parking spots are also available near the hotel.
Completed sculptures, as well as, works in progress are there to view. Competitions continue through the end of the event. Demonstrations, live music, vendors, food and drink are also available.
This is a great way to cap off the Thanksgiving weekend.
