Cape Coral Off Water, Single Family Home Sales - Jan 2020 Market Report

Off Water, single family home sales in Cape Coral FL continued to see an overall rise in units sold but pricing remains relatively flat. The Koffman Group Real Estate market report trend lines indicate that sales numbers and pricing are flat or trending slightly upward. Year-over-year, there was an increase of 19 homes sold in January 2020 as compared to January 2019. We did see the traditional dip in numbers after the holiday season as was expected. The overall trend is positive for the Cape Coral Real Estate market. Sales for Feb and March 2020 should be strong as there are 607 homes currently under contract.

Cape Coral Gulf Access Home Sales - Jan 2020 Market Report

Gulf Access Home Sales in Cape Coral FL continued to see an overall rise in units sold but pricing remains relatively flat. The Koffman Group Real Estate market report trend lines indicate that sales numbers have increased with pricing seeing a slight uptick but overall pricing remains relatively flat. Year-over-year, there was an increase of 22 gulf access homes sold in January 2020 as compared to January 2019. We did see the traditional dip in numbers after the holiday season as was expected. The overall trend is POSITIVE for the Cape Coral Real Estate market.
